Certification
This course prepares participants to take the Scrum League™ icSM Scrum Master certification. The exam, in French, is included and taken at the end of the course. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, answered in 50 minutes. Getting 85% correct is required to pass.

Overview of the Scrum memento

  • How do you define Scrum? An empirical process. Its pillars and values.
  • Different roles within Scrum: the Scrum master, the product owner and the development team.
  • Detailed overview of artifacts: product backlog, sprint backlog and increment.
  • Other notions: sprint 0, definition of done, spotlight on the Burndown chart.
  • Overview of events: sprint, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective.
  • What is an event? Overview.
  • What is an artifact?
  • Another event: the daily Scrum.
Role-playing
Scrum mapping. Analysis and discussion about roles.

  • Working with stakeholders.
